You share your item link from any preferred website like Amazon through WhatsApp or email. In return we give you cost of item plus tax and shipping to your preferred destination. We will do the purchase on your behalf.

Our office at Lugogo is open on Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Saturday 8:00am to 6:00pm and Sunday 10:00am to 3:00pm. However, our shipping services are available 24/7.
Payment terms for both the item and shipping are all 100% upfront in order for us to expedite the processing of your purchase.
Once happy with the product and shipping charges, clients goes ahead and can pay in local currency or USD at a given rate.
Our payment options include In-Store, Momo Pay, Airtel Pay, EFTs, Cashapp or Zelle (For Clients in USA).
We give you a delivery timeline to your destination *after items arrive at our facility in the US.*
We as Station Xpress Cargo have no control of when items arrive from online vendors to our premises So, rule of thumb would be to plan early and make inquiries when you are more less ready to pay.
It should also be noted that we when clients choose to purchase items on their own and they happen to get lost in transit before we receive them at our address, it’s not our responsibility to track and find them on your behalf.
_It’s also worthy to note that once items depart our US address on whichever scheduled date, your packages take 10-14 working days not counting weekends to be available for pick up at our store in Kampala.
As soon as your packages are ready for pickup, one of our team members will contact you to schedule a desired pick-up time at our location, or a delivery at your desired location and time.

Minimal Standard charge for shipping non electronic goods 3kgs or less is $50 flat rate cleared for you from the US to Kampala.
3 Kg or below - $50 flat Rate/ minimum chargeable weight. Excluding electronics.
4 Kg Plus - $24.2 per Kg
9 Kg Plus - $22 per Kg
23 Kg Plus - $19.80 per Kg
45 Kg Plus - $19.25 per Kg
100 Kg Plus - $18.90 per Kg

In the event goods are bulky but not heavy we use volumetric weight to give you an estimate.
Please note that electronic goods like laptops, phones, Bluetooth speakers and more are not charged by weight alone but cost of item.
Sometimes depending on volume of goods the charges might be higher or lower.

Yes we charge a general transaction fee for goods purchased by us on behalf of client. This is 10% of total transactions.
We in turn use this fee to help towards bank to bank international transfer fees.
There are a number of items we don’t ship including alcohol, dangerous liquids over a liter, drugs, perishable food items.

No, whatever price we quote you has all the tax and shipping charges included with exception to certain situations like motor vehicles and certain rare items or specialty equipment.
The price quoted on most US website is not inclusive of compulsory state sales Tax i.e 6% for Maryland where our business operates out of.
Goods can be picked up from our vibrant customer friendly location at Forest Mall Lugogo first floor above Standard chartered bank or delivery at the clients expense can be organized.
Yes we do consolidated cargo as most clients packages from Amazon or other websites are packaged in a bulky way with no specific reason and for that we always repackage items especially for clients with more than 2 packages. There is a charge of $25 for consolidating.
*Once goods arrive in Kampala one of our associates will contact you within 24 hours either through wats app message or phone call to notify you, we cannot be held liable for goods that stay at our office beyond 72 hours (3 days) without being picked up unless otherwise arranged with management.
*Any goods held at our location beyond 7 days without pickup will be charged a storage fee of Ugx 5000 per day until collected.*
Those with friends and Family in the US, we also ship items from Uganda to the US east coast.
We would have to quote you an extra expense to get your goods to the final destination in the US.
Shipping alone from Kampala to USA Maryland charges are $20 per kg.
